From frustration to a platform
Fitzpot was founded in 2023 by a team of entrepreneurs who had spent years building and managing fitness businesses. We saw first-hand how gym owners were patching together 5–6 different tools: one for bookings, one for billing, another for WhatsApp, a spreadsheet for staff, and a calculator for tax.
The result was constant data-entry errors, missed renewals, and hours of admin every week — time that should have been spent coaching members and growing the business.
We built Fitzpot to change that. One platform, every function, designed specifically for the way fitness businesses in India and the Middle East actually operate — with UPI payments, GST invoicing, WhatsApp automation, and Hindi-friendly interfaces from day one.
Today, Fitzpot is ready for gyms, studios, and wellness businesses across India, UAE, and the UK — built around UPI payments, GST invoicing, WhatsApp automation, and the workflows these businesses actually use. We're onboarding our first founding customers now, and we're just getting started.
